At SB Carbon, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality carbon fiber car parts. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and refund policy as outlined below:
- Returns:
- If you wish to return your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to initiate the return process.
- All returns must be in their original, unused condition, and must include all original packaging and accessories.
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to report the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or process a full refund, as preferred.
- We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to assist in our investigation.
